Samsung, a leader in digital imaging and global player in product innovation, electronics and lifestyle gadgets has unveiled its 2008 new range of cameras and video camcorders.
With an impressive line-up of NV, i , L & S Series cameras, Samsung is determine to make greater impact at this Samsung Digital Imaging Roadshow 2008, by launching its flagship 10megapixel NV24HD camera that comes with an ultra-wide 24mm Schneider lens, capable to shoot ISO 3200 and has an option of 14 scene modes to choose. The NV24HD camera, which is retailed at RM1499, has a FULL HD (1080) still image and HD (720p) video recording capabilities.

The fashionable i8 (8megapixel) camera is an all-in-one digital complete with multimedia capabilities for lifestyles seeking individuals. The i8 model is equipped with Face Detection, Digital Image Stabilization(DIS), Multi-Slide and Photo Help Guide as well as Red-Eye Fix. i8 model is retailed at RM1249 locally.

Four distinctive colors packed in a stylish design, the 7 megapixel S760 and the 8 megapixel S860, that offer an excellent 3x optical zoom and a 2.4 inch-LCD display that comes with 11scene modes and digital image stabilization technology. S760 and S860 are retailed at RM499 and RM569 respectively.

The compact and stylish L110 and L100 digital cameras (both 8 megapixels) offer value and reliability, featuring high quality, 3x optical zoom Samsung NV lens dual image stabilization (L110 model) and packing with a large 2.5 inch-LCD screen.

Samsung's stylish and ergonomically-designed model SC-HMX20C, a Progressive HD Flash-based Camcorder features a FULL HD and 1080p mode with 30 frames per second recording capability. This latest design camcorder is retailed at RM3,899 locally.
