Panasonic Camcorder- the World's Lightest and Smallest

Panasonic Malaysia has unveiled nine new camcorder models at Kuala Lumpur recently, and HDC-SD9 is claimed to be the world's smallest and lightest 3CCD Full HD camcorder, that records on both SD and SDHC Memory Cards, is highly resistant to external impacts as the SD Memory Cards do not require transport mechanism.
The HDC-HS9 ( with a built-in 60GB hard disk) and HDC-SD9 are equipped with Leica Dicomar lens and 3CCD professional camera system, offer Full High Definition (1920 x 1080) recording 25 frames per second. HS9 and SD9 is enhanced with HD Crystal Engine to provide Digital Cinema mode with Digital Cinema Color function, Intelligent Contrast Control, Face Detection, Advance O.I.S and Quick Start function.
The SDR-SW20 and SDR-S7 (worth RM 999) camcorders, which record on SD and SDHC Memory Cards are compact, lightweight and stylish. SDR-SW20 is dustproof, waterproof up to depths of 1.5m in seawater, and shockproof with impact resistance withstanding drops from up to 1.2meters.
Hybrid camcorders such as SDR-H280, SDR-H40 and SDR-H60, equipped with 30,40 and 60 gigabyte built-in hard disk respectively, are capable of recording onto SD Memory Cards or built-in hard disks.
The SDR-H60 has a blistering 50x optical zoom while SDR-H40, VDR-D50 (enables multi-format recording onto DVD) and NV-GS330, are capable of a 42x optical zoom, capturing videos with superb color reproduction with Pure Color Engine. The Advance O.I.S function in these models provide no loss of picture quality even with a minimal amount of shakes to a scale of 4000 times per second.
The SDR-H280 and NV-GS330 equipped with the Leica Dicomar lens, has a special processing circuit for 3CCD camera system and the Crystal Engine processes R, G and B signals from three individual CCDs to improve noises and improve color processing accuracy.
Panasonic camcorder models are retailed from RM999 to RM3399 locally. For any information on Panasonic brand and products, visit www.panasonic.com.my
