Nokia "N-GAGE" Takes Mobile Games To the Next Level





Nokia Malaysia has unveiled the new Nokia N-Gage mobile games service with more games, additional compatible devices, and an expanded online offering at The Groove, Desa Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur recently.

Millions of Nokia device owners can now find, try and buy high-quality made for mobile games directly from their mobile device. Players can also connect with one another through the N-Gage Arena community. Mr. Andrew Cheong, Managing Director of Nokia Malaysia said, " the launch of N-Gage marks a very important step for Nokia as, Nokia has rolled-out its internet service strategy, and with its tremendous appealing from people around the world, Malaysians can now enjoy this same experience".

Nokia Games that already available include : EA SPORTS FIFA 08 and TETRIS by EA Mobile, Brain Challenge, Block Breaker Deluxe and Asphalt 3: Street Rules by Gameloft; World Series of Poker Pro Challenge by Glu Mobile; Hooked On : Creatures of the Deep, Space Impact: Kappa Base, Mile High Pinball and System Rush: Evolution by Nokia Publishing and Metal Gear Mobile by KONAMI.

The present games will be followed by The Sims 2 Pets by EA Mobile' Dodz by Gameloft; and Snakes Subsonic by Nokia Publishing. In its effort to enhance playability of Nokia games, players is accessible to a range of high-quality games, which are exclusive to N-Gage platform. The N-Gage games incorporate exclusive, industry defining online community featuring graphical experiences never before seen on a mobile device.

The N-Gage applications enable users to create a Friends List, which has a capabilities "to send and receive" private messages and take part in instant messaging style chat, and take part in instant messaging style chat. The N-Gage Points can be earned for playing games and participating in gamers-community activities. Fun With Winnie The Pooh And Friends on School Holidays


AEON CO. (M) BHD has launched the Disney "Pooh For All SEASONS" in partnership with Disney Marketing Licensee, Fun Characters International at JUSCO 1 Utama Shopping Centre. The Disney 'Pooh For all Seasons' features a host of fun games and activities for the upcoming school holidays.The objectives of having the "Winnie The Pooh" event is to enhance the family values and closeness among family members by featuring enjoyable kids' program at various AEON and JUSCO Shopping Centre nationwide.

There will be Meet & Greet session at JUSCO 1 Utama from 23rd to 27th of May, and at AEON Bukit Tinggi Shopping Centre, the session will be held from 30th to 1st of June. Sony Indulges In A World Of Full High Definition


Sony Malaysia has launched its latest range of Full High Definition products, such as Sony Full HD BRAVIA TV, HD Handycam camcorder, Cyber-Shot cameras, Alpha DSLR cameras, Blu-ray Disc Player, VAIO Blu-ray Disc models as well as Full HD SXRD at Kuala Lumpur recently.

According to General Manager of Product Marketing Division of Sony Malaysia, Mr. Taku Taguchi, "Sony will continue to revolutionise in order to enhance the way people are entertained everyday".

The new BRAVIA W400 series LCD TV featuring "Draw the Line" design concept inspired by the brilliant night horizon with shimmering Midnight Blue finish. The BRAVIA W400 is available in 40-inch, 46-inch and 52-inch that, enable users to view video and images from Sony's Handycam, playable with Sony's Walkman MP3 Player, Bluetooth-enabled Sony Ericsson and with Sony's Blu-ray Disc Player connected directly via HDMI to Sony's Full SXRD home projector to Full HD BRAVIA TV.

In conjunction with the launch of new BRAVIA, Sony also unveiled its Sony Full HD Handycam HDR-SR 12E (10.2 megapixel) that includes Exmore derived technology and Clear Vid CMOS sensor, the world's first face Detection technology, Dolby Digital 5.1 Creator zoom-in microphone hybrid recording that allows users to choose their recording format of either Hard Disk Drive or Memory Stick. The camcorder (powered by 120GB HDD) has 3.2" Xtra Fine LCD screen and it enable users to view high definition image or video output on BRAVIA LCD TV via Sync.



The popular Cyber-Shot DSC-T300 model was also unveiled and the new T-series T300 incorporates Photo TV HD technology that enables high resolution, life-like photo reproductions with greater gradation and richer colour on the big screen. The new T300 has enhanced features like Face Detection, Smile Shutter function that captures a smiling face, Super Steady Shot that promises vivid image, Intelligent Scene Recognition Mode that detects up to 5 different types of scenes; Underwater Mode and Easy Shooting Mode.

Australia's No. 1 Contact Centre Opens First Asia Office In Malaysia



Salmat SalesForce of Australia has opened its first Asian office at Jaya 33, Petaling Jaya. Salmat SalesForce Malaysia which has an approximately of 12,000 square feet of office space, is headed by Datin Mona Chin, currently has 35 Malaysian employees, serving Australia's airline Jetstar Airways.

RHB Islamic Bank has successfully launched the nation first Az Zahra Privilege Ladies Banking concept by targeting high networth ladies in Malaysia.

The Az Zahra Privilege Ladies concept is conceptualized due to women in modern world are tend to be part of development of the nation's economy. This new privilege ladies banking creates vast opportunities for RHB Islamic Bank to develop a customized set of Shariah based products and services for ladies.
