Panasonic Malaysia has introduced a new hair dryer using 'nanocare' technology to provide treatment effects on scalp and hair strains itself. According to Associate Director, Mr. Jeff Lee, said, the main causal of unpleasant odors and unhealthy hair growth, are due to overproduction of sebum caused by hormonal or nutritional imbalances. However, he added, with the use of Nanocare Hair Dryer, the nanosized moisture ions(mildly acidic 5.5ph) generated by the Nanocare dryer can change the excess sebum into highly hydrophilic component, making the sebum easily washable during hair wash. This hair dryer makes hair slightly acidic which keeps hair cuticles close, thus surppressing damage during hair brushing. The acidity of the ions also prevents protein from leaching out during washing or coloring of hair.
Clinically proven, Nanocare Hair Dryer has reduced 75% of sebum in 2 weeks and has increased 15% moisture in scalp. Nanocare Hair Dryer model EH2271 is retailed at RM 399 locally.
