Honda to Push Beyond its Boundaries in Challenging F1 2008

In conjunction with Malaysian Formula 1 Grand Prix, Honda Malaysia has brought in marvellous Honda Racing F1 Team and the Super Aguri F1 Team to meet media and Honda guests at the Honda F1 Racing Party event, which was held at the Curve, Petaling Jaya recently. Honda Driver is represented by Mr. Rubens Barrichello, Test driver- Mr. Alexander Wurz and Honda Young Driver Programme - Mr. Luca Filippi, while, Super Aguri F1 Team is represented by principal, Mr. Aguri Suzuki its drivers Mr. Takuma Sato and Mr. Anthony Davidson.

Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Honda Malaysia Sdn. Bhd, Mr. Atsushi Fujimoto, believed, that with the new faces brought in this year, Honda Racing F1 Team is expected to soar to higher level of achievement under the guidance of new Team Principal, Mr. Ross Brawn. Honda Racing F1 Team, driver Mr. Rubens, who echoed the sentiment, and said, even if the race is held at night, it does not dampened Honda team spirit at all and by partnering Mr. Jenson Button, they are aiming to achieve a better result this year.

With the introduction of its new F1 Racing Team, Honda also unveils its new RA108 "Earthdreams" race car that uses a complete new concept technology to deliver stable, superior aerodynamic performance but maintains its concept of environmental friendly.
