PAVILION KUALA LUMPUR - A 3billion ringgit Malaysia's iconic world-class retail landmark, designated as a tourism asset, art and culture hub was officially launched by the Prime Minister of Malaysia, YAB Dato' Seri Abdullah Bin Haji Ahmad Badawi, recently at Bintang Circle.
Speaking to media at its official launching, its Chairman of Urusharta Cemerlang Sdn. Bhd, Tan Sri Dato' Zainol bin Mahmood said that Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, which has 7 retail floors, house a total number of 450 retail outlets in a land size of 12.6 acres, has created more than 7000 employments and convincingly generate its growth in visitors traffic by 83% in just over two months.
Tan Sri Dato' Zainol also added that Pavilion KL as the "Gold In The Golden Triangle" will serve as pivotal retail and tourism link, as it has chalked up another accolade to its list by being awarded as the "Most Magical Mall Award" in the "Best Decorated Mall" contest organised by Ministry of Tourism Malaysia recently.
