EZBUS Revolutionises Bus Ticketing System

Axcess My Ticket Hub Sdn Bhd has launched its latest AXCESS EZBUS system (EZBUS) - a one stop bus online ticketing system in Kuala Lumpur, the first of its kind in South East Asia. The EZBUS system is set to be fully operational in May this year, to provide an intercity bus transportation ticketing system as a sense of convenience to purchase tickets with ease, for all bus commuters in the nation.

Speaking to reporters at press conference, Miss Salinar Jaafar, Executive Director of Axcess My Ticket Hub, said " We will extend the services of EZBUS system throughout country and, after a smooth transition period towards full usage of EZBUS solution, we will have a full coverage of nation's ticketing system that adds value to the purchasing chain and set the future bus transport system into full intergration for convenience of everyone"

EZBUS Ticketing System enables bus commuters to purchase tickets easily through phone lines, internet access, appointed agents, ticket counter located at major bus terminals and ticketing kiosk or outlet at tertiary campus. The system also provide travellers to check bus schedules online, intercity bus availability and connectivity, and in other sense, it saves time for commuters to travel without much hassle.
With the implementation of EZBUS System,YBhg Datuk Markiman Kobiran, Chairman of Commercial Vehicle Licensing Board, believes that this revolutionise system will definitely reduce number of cars on highway, thus, cut down road fatalities, reduce fuel consumption and provide another key factor to improve tourism industry.
