Australia's No. 1 Contact Centre Opens First Asia Office In Malaysia



Salmat SalesForce of Australia has opened its first Asian office at Jaya 33, Petaling Jaya. Salmat SalesForce Malaysia which has an approximately of 12,000 square feet of office space, is headed by Datin Mona Chin, currently has 35 Malaysian employees, serving Australia's airline Jetstar Airways.

Salmat SalesForce has three main principles in running its daily operations, are always pursue an innovative approach towards its daily operations, tend to care for its customers' experience in optimizing its services and a caring approach to its employees to have a sense of loyalty.

Began in 1994, founder and CEO of Salmat SalesForce, Mr. Kevin Panozza believes that SalesForce will create many jobs for Malaysians and has an initial investment of RM3.5 million to setup Salmat SalesForce in Malaysia as the strategic hub for Asian growth.

In addition to its lists of accolades, Salmat SalesForce has been voted Best Employer in Australia and New Zealand in three consecutive surveys. Malaysian CEO Datin Mona says, the Malaysian team is small but they are very enthusiastic about their workplace and after years of involvement in the contact centre industry, they are setting new regional benchmarks for performance excellence. Datin Mona believes her team are energetic and talented to demonstrate the expected capability to take on new challenges and deliver results.
